The Gift that Keeps Giving

Isaiah 9:6

BIG IDEA: Christmas is about glorifying God by enjoying all that He is for you in Christ.

1. Jesus is the wisdom you lack

2. Jesus is the strength you need

3. Jesus is the care you crave

4. Jesus is the peace you seek

So just what kind of peace does Jesus bring?

1. Peace with God- Romans 5:1 “Therefore since we have been justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ.”

2. Peace with men- Rom 12:18 “If possible, so far as it depends on you, live peaceably with all.”

3. Peace with your soul- Col 3:15- “And let the peace of Christ rule in your hearts, to which you were indeed called in one body.”
