according to the foreknowledge of God the Father

2. Take heart: the Spirit’s sanctifying you
in the sanctification of the Spirit

3. Take heart: the Son’s purposing obedience in you
for obedience to Jesus Christ:
and for sprinkling with his blood.

Expectation of salvation: May grace and peace be multiplied to you

Bringing faith to life:
1. God knows you- What comfort and security!
2. The Spirit sanctifies you- His Presence goes with you!
3. The Son drives you to obedience- His purpose is for you to be like Him!
